2027 Auction Item Submission Form
Thank you for supporting the Oregon Festivals & Events Association! Please complete this form to donate an item for the OFEA Auction on February 26, 2027, held during our annual conference in Seaside, Oregon. The auction proceeds help us fund valuable programs, workshops, and resources that benefit our members and the events industry across Oregon.
Please provide as much detail as possible about your donation, including a description, approximate value, restrictions or expiration dates, and any information bidders will need to know.
Submitting your item:
Digital certificates: Upload your certificate with this form, or email it to members@oregonfestivals.org.
Physical items: Mail your donation to: Oregon Festivals & Events Association, ATTN: Auction, PO Box 2248, Lebanon, OR 97355
(Mailed items must be received by February 12, 2027.)
Bringing your item to the conference: Items brought to Seaside must be delivered to OFEA by 10:00 a.m. on February 26, 2027.
