2027 Conference Speaker Proposal Form

Thank you for your interest in presenting at the Oregon Festivals & Events Association (OFEA) Annual Conference and Workshops. Our mission is to make Oregon’s festivals and events better through resources, education, promotion, and networking. We’re looking for speakers who share that mission and want to engage, inspire, and equip event professionals across the state.

Presenting at OFEA events is a chance to:
Share your expertise with event producers, suppliers, and community leaders.
Build visibility for yourself and your organization.
Contribute to the growth and success of Oregon’s festivals and events industry.
Network with decision-makers, partners, and peers in a collaborative setting.

We welcome proposals that are:
Relevant: Address real challenges and opportunities faced by event producers.
Practical: Provide actionable tools, tips, and examples attendees can apply right away.
Engaging: Interactive, hands-on, or discussion-based formats are encouraged.
Inspirational: Share success stories, lessons learned, and fresh ideas that energize attendees.

Session Format
Breakout Sessions are typically 60-minutes long

Speaker Expectations
Provide presentation materials (slides, handouts, etc.) for attendees.
Engage the audience with interactive elements when possible.
Avoid direct sales pitches. Our attendees value education over advertising.
Commit to professional, respectful, and inclusive dialogue.
