The Archaeology Channel International Film Festival 2024
The Archaeology Channel International Film Festival, Lane County’s longest-running film festival, is one of only two public competitions in the Western Hemisphere featuring films about the human past and our shared cultural heritage. This international event draws worldwide participation. Our 2024 edition represents our twenty-first annual installment. For TAC Festival 2024, we accepted 77 entries from 24 countries and selected 27 to screen for the competition.
In 2024, we are planning a suite of activities at venues in downtown Eugene, which will include the awards reception, and our Video Bar, where all can see any of our film entries at individual viewing stations in the Cole Gallery of The Shedd Institute. Our Keynote Speaker, Dennis Jenkins, will kick off the event at the Festival Banquet. Event details are posted on TAC web site at archaeologychannel.org/festival.
