Ride the Rogue event is our ONE & ONLY annual fundraiser to continue building the Rogue River Recreational Corridor and Greenway best described as an emerald necklace of parks and public access areas along the Rogue River all linked by a bicycle pedestrian trail. Once completed, this 30 mile trail will link to the 20 mile Bear Creek Greenway providing 50+ miles of greenway.
This regional connection will link two counties and provide a gateway to the Rogue River Recreational Corridor and access to the many world class recreational opportunities here in Southern Oregon. www.ridetherogue.org will have route maps and links for registration soon.
We offer your choice of 4 routes, from an easy 20 Mile, to a 40 Mile, 60+ AND a Century! Beginning and ending at Palmerton Park in Rogue River, these rides all focus on the Rogue River, with most rest stops offering river views as you RIDE THE ROGUE Century and Metric Century take the riders along sparkling creeks and rivers, past vineyards, through rolling foothills and historic towns. A 40 Mile ride for those who want a good ride but more relaxing or the 20 Mile which is gentler yet.
