Meet Author Emily Lloyd-Jones

YA Author Emily Lloyd-Jones will be at the Jefferson Public Library to meet with readers and sign books!
The Friends of the Jefferson Public Library are excited to invite guests to meet YA and Middle Grade author Emily Lloyd-Jones at a free event on March 6. The book signing celebrates Lloyd-Jones’ latest release, “Unspoken Magic,” the sequel to last year’s “Unseen Magic.”
“Unspoken Magic” is for young fantasy readers out there that enjoy magic, whimsy, and tea. Set in a magical town, where anything can happen, eleven-year-old Fin’s world is threatened by a team of myth-busters and she’ll do anything to protect it.
Lloyd-Jones’ sequel to the acclaimed “Unseen Magic” is a story of trusting yourself and finding the friends who believe in you, no matter what. Her other YA novels include “Illusive,” “Deceptive,” “The Hearts We Sold,” “The Bone Houses,” “The Drowned Woods.”
Fans of contemporary fantasy, mythology, and science fiction do not want to miss the opportunity to meet the author and get their books signed.
Lloyd-Jones grew up on a vineyard in the Jefferson area and received a BA in English from Western Oregon University as well as a MA in publishing from Rosemont College.
She will be signing books and meeting readers on March 6 from 4 – 6 p.m. at the Jefferson Public Library, 150 N 2nd St, Jefferson. Copies of her latest books, “The Drowned Woods” and “Unspoken Magic” will be available for purchase at the event.
