Rock The Locks
The City of Umatilla presents Rock The Locks music festival! This 3-day festival spans multiple decades of rock music. With 2 stages and over 20 bands, this is Eastern Oregon's newest must attend event! Offering on-site camping, multiple beer gardens, food and merchandise vendors, and lawn games, there is something for everyone!
