"Hip, Hip, Hooray...It's Independence Day!"

Celebrate July 4th with Jefferson County at Sahalee Park in Madras.  The morning begins with a 7am pancake breakfast provided by the Madras Elks Lodge and the annual Todd Beamer Run for 2k, 5k and 10k races.  Community gathers along 10th street, B street and 7th street around Sahalee Park for our July 4th Parade beginning at 10am. Music, Food and Fun will be from 11am-2pm with our American Flag being raised at 12pm.  Conclude the evening with a wonderful fireworks display from the Madras Sparklers organization set off from the Madras High School athletic fields.  Parade participants and Vendors can sign up online at MadrasChamber.com.  We look forward to celebrating America with you!
