July 4th Festival
A fantastic three day event filled with music (including a talent show), food, fun and art! Join us in our celebration of the 50th anniversary of the Monmouth-Independence Winter Olympic. There will be a re-enactment of the organic frisbee throwing contest and a park full of vendors. Including a classic car show.
The Monmouth Arts & Culture Commission is sponsoring a Community Recycled Art Show and a Trashion Fashion Hat Show! All items must be made of 75% recycled items. Most of the vendors will offer recycled art!

The local Rotary Club sponsors the Grand Parade on July 4th. There is also a local tennis tournament and min-marathon.
